Alongside a mental health professional, you will find guidance, insights and learn about the strengths and skills you have within yourself to lead a more fulfilling and confident life. The therapy process is your own. You are in charge of your choices and with the support of the therapist, you can identify ways to manage your thoughts and emotions as well as ways to process unresolved trauma and the effects of life’s experiences. You aren’t alone and you are good as you are. The therapy space is a nonjudgmental, compassionate and understanding space for you to explore, grow and heal. We look forward to working with you.
Our Services
Arin Westpheling, MA, LMHC is a mental health counselor serving St. Augustine, Fl and south Jacksonville areas. Arin provides individual and family therapy services with a focus on anxiety, trauma, depression, transition and general wellness and lifestyle. Additionally, Arin is trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Nicole Ramos, LCSW, has recently joined the practice and is offering Telehealth services only in the evening hours during the week. Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who utilizes mindfulness, CBT and solution focused strategies targeted for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, transitions of life and chronic pain.
